Returns Policy
In the unusual event that your order arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately by telephone so that we can take the matter up with our carrier and arrange for an exchange. We will then arrange replacement goods to be sent to you as soon as possible. If the box is damaged upon delivery, please ensure that you mark it as damaged when signing the delivery acceptance note.
Fulfilment of Orders
We endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time; wherever possible, same day dispatch. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances which are beyond our control, or certain British in-house manufactured Speedypress products, which are manufactured to order (normally 1 - 3 days). Should such circumstances arise, we reserve the right to extend the lead-in time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period wherever appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.
Right to Cancel, Refund / Returns
The customer may cancel their order, for any reason and at any time, up to thirty days after ordering. Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any item, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings. Should the customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply. If we have not yet dispatched the product, we will cancel the customer’s order and arrange refund to the customer’s account. If we have already dispatched the product, the customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to us. In this event, we will refund the cost of the item, less all postage costs. The customer's returned goods must be received within 30 days of ordering.
