If Your Order Arrives DamagedIf your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately so we can take it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement. If the outer box is damaged on arrival, please note this on the delivery acceptance form.

If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the product to us in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Refunds for returned items are made minus postage costs.
