Carriage
All prices include VAT, postage, packaging, and delivery within the UK mainland.
If your delivery address is outside the mainland, we will contact you to confirm any
additional shipping costs before dispatch.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, often on the same day.
Some Speedy Press products—particularly our in-house manufactured units—are made to
order and may require 1–3 days before dispatch.
If there are unexpected stock shortages or delays beyond our control, we will keep
you
updated and advise of any extended lead times.
(You always retain the right to cancel for a full refund.)
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately
so
we
can take it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
If the outer box is damaged on arrival, please note this on the delivery acceptance
form.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 30 days after ordering.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full
refund.
If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the product to us in its
original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Refunds for returned items are made minus postage costs.
Returned goods must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
